British MEP, Janice Atkinson, attempted to raise the urgent human rights issue of Tommy Robinson’s secret transfer from a safe prison to a highly dangerous prison at today’s ENF group.
Her microphone was cut (video fragment at the bottom) and abuse hurled at her by Conservative MEP, Ashley Fox, before she was able to get past her introductory statements. Janice describes today’s event here:
Today my ENF group, through our secretariat, tabled a request to raise an urgent human rights issue. It was approved by the president and I was called to speak before voting.
However, as usual, despite being approved, we are shut down.
I was also attacked in a nasty verbal exchange, not caught on camera, with the leader of the UK Conservatives, Ashley Fox MEP, who I couldn’t hear above the noise.
But his facial expressions told me he didn’t welcome me asking them to intervene and speak to their Home Secretary and Justice Minister about the removal of Tommy Robinson from relatively safe Hull prison to Leicester which has a higher Muslim population. That Muslim population threatened Tommy with death last night.
In this angry exchange I told Mr Fox his government will have blood on their hands if anything happens to Tommy and Lord Pearson will personally sue the Home Secretary, Sajid Javid.
It just so happened that it was after we paid tribute to murdered MP Jo Cox. We all stood to remember her. Sadly, Labour MEPs are using her name to blacken me. But that’s now the state of UK Labour.
The 2:28 minute-long video uploaded in March, entitled I Won’t Be Around For Much Longer, was scrubbed on June 13 after YouTube claimed it included “hate speech.”
You can watch one of these mirrored copies of the video below:
In it, Robinson talks about how he was banned on Twitter for pointing out that around 90% of the street grooming gang convictions in the UK are Muslim men, a statistic which Robinson says was also confirmed by Muslim organizations.
But that wasn’t even the focal point of the video, but rather just the “hook” that allows Robinson to talk about how the establishment would soon try to de-platform him from social media to stop his reporting.
As mentioned, this video was first uploaded in March, two months before Robinson was arrested, imprisoned and practically silenced from reporting on Muslim grooming gangs in the UK.
Robinson has since been transferred to a high-security, Muslim-dominated prison where he’ll be released to the general population, according to his spokesman Caolan Robertson:
Tommy Robinson – I Won’t Be Around For Much Longer
Tommy Robinson – I Won’t Be Around For Much Longer
Fears for the safety of Tommy Robinson are mounting after it was revealed that he has been moved to a heavily Muslim-populated prison in the United Kingdom and has already been on the receiving end of death threats.
Robinson was jailed last month for a “breach of the peace” while live streaming a trial involving a Muslim rape gang outside Leeds Crown Court.
He was initially held in a low security prison with a low Muslim population.
However, today it was revealed by Robinson’s manager Caolan Robertson that the activist has now been moved to another prison that has a large Muslim prison population.
Robertson added that Robinson had been subjected to Muslim prisoners banging on cell walls and threatening to kill him since he arrived at the jail. He is now being held on the main wing of the jail amongst the general population which is “full of people who (don’t) like him,” according to Robertson.
Some are claiming that moving Robinson to a heavily Muslim-populated prison represents a de facto “death sentence”. Robinson himself asked for the release of the information because he fears for his own safety.
A fatwa was also reportedly issued against Tommy Robinson by an imam within 24 hours of him being transferred to the new prison.
Back in 2016, a man who was jailed for leaving bacon outside of a mosque in Bristol was found dead in jail halfway through his prison sentence. An investigation later claimed the man died of a drugs overdose.
“He’s a much higher target now,” Robertson told Infowars, adding that this was the “most devastating news possible” because lawyers had been confident of securing Robinson’s early release.
Former Breitbart London editor Raheem Kassam confirmed the news, tweeting, “Tommy’s human rights are being violated as he was moved to a new UK prison last night, without warning or reason. He is now in a very heavily Muslim populated prison in the Midlands in England.”
He also said that the decision to move Robinson came directly from the UK Home Office.
Former Breitbart London Editor, Raheem Kassam reported the decision to transfer Tommy from a relatively safe prison to highly dangerous facility with a 71% Muslim population came from Britain’s new Muslim Home Secretary, Sajid Javid.
Raheem Kassam tweeted: UPDATE: I am told the decision to move Tommy Robinson from a relatively safe prison to a highly unsafe one came from the @ukhomeoffice — which means people need to be asking questions of @sajidjavid, Britain’s new Home Secretary. #FreeTommy
Sajid Javid, just like London’t Mayor, Sadiq Khan, is Muslim and of Pakistani origin.
CNN reported on Theresa May’s appointment of Sajid Javid a few weeks ago:
May appointed Sajid Javid, a second-generation migrant whose parents came to Britain from Pakistan, as Home Secretary on Monday morning, plugging a hole left when predecessor Amber Rudd fell victim to a growing controversy over the treatment of the so-called Windrush generation of immigrants.
Javid, 48, is the first member of an ethnic minority to hold the position, one of the most senior in the British government. He had spoken out forcefully on the plight of people from former British colonies who arrived legally in Britain in the 1950s and 60s, but who had struggled to prove their status amid a wider crackdown on illegal immigration. They became known as the Windrush generation after the name of the ship that brought an early group of Caribbean migrants to Britain in 1948.
Massive crowds turned out in London on Saturday to rally for free speech and hear Dutch firebrand Geert Wilders demand the release of Tommy Robinson from prison.
“It’s so good to see so many of you here today, you are all heroes for being here today,” said the Freedom Party leader, an outspoken critic of radical Islam who rose to second place in the Dutch national elections last year.
Wilders told the crowd he had come to Britain to tell Robinson’s supporters they “will never walk alone” and to “tell the world, and the UK government in particular: Free Tommy Robinson!”
“At this very moment, thousands of people all over the world are demonstrating in front of British embassies, from LA to Sydney, and over half a million people have already signed the petition for Tommy,” he told the crowd.
“And all with the one important message: Free Tommy!
“So, Downing Street is just around the corner, so maybe once again, as loud as possible as we can, let them hear our message: Free Tommy Robinson!” he cried, prompting extended chants of ‘Oh, Tommy Tommy, Tommy Tommy Tommy Tommy Robinson!’ and ‘We want Tommy out!’
“Listen to us Theresa May, listen to us Sajid Javid, listen to us Sadiq Khan,” he continued, each name provoking passionate boos.
“Listen to us, all you in power: we want the release of Tommy Robinson!
“Tommy Robinson is the greatest freedom fighter of Britain today. Tommy Robinson is a freedom fighter. He says what no-one dares to say. He has guts. He has courage.
“And that is more than we can say for all those people that govern us. Because our governors sold us out with mass immigration, with Islamisation, with open borders. We are almost foreigners in our own land,” he declared.
“And if we complain about it, they call us racists or Islamophobes — but I say, no more. And what do you say?” Wilders asked the assembled crowds.
“No more!” they shouted back.
“That’s right. Enough is enough. We will not be gagged anymore. No more tyranny.
“My friends, 75 years ago, your fathers and grandfathers liberated my country from tyranny,” he continued.
“My country, the Netherlands, is a free country today, because the British brave boys and men, people like you, liberated us.
“And do you know how we used to call these British soldiers? We called them Tommies!” he exclaimed.
“But today your government has put a Tommy in jail. Freedom is behind bars. Tommy is behind bars.
“And that is totally unacceptable, and that is why we say: Set him free!” Wilders shouted.
“Tommy is in jail while the British state looked the other way for years, when thousands — thousands — of English children and girls were brutally raped by those grooming gangs.
“They were your daughters. The daughters of the brave Tommies. The daughters of the hard-working, decent people of Britain, who made this beautiful country so great.
“But for years, and years, the police, the politicians, the prosecutors did nothing, and looked the other way.
“They refused to listen to the victims. They arrested fathers who tried to liberate their daughters. They left children in the hands of those gangs.
“But Tommy, my friends, Tommy acted. Tommy didn’t look in the other direction. He refused to ignore the problem. He gave voice to millions of Britons who were abandoned by the authorities.
“And when Tommy protested, the same authorities could not be fast enough to jail him and to gag the media.
“And I tell you: that is not democracy. That is not freedom. That is what they do in Saudi Arabia.
“So I ask you: Do you want to be Britain, or Saudi Arabia?
“My friends, it was not Tommy who was breaching the peace, it was your government who was breaching the peace!” he declared.
“And we cannot, and we will not, accept it any longer. We want freedom, and it is our duty to speak out against rape, against grooming gangs, against Sharia law, against barbarism — and we demand the release of Tommy Robinson.
“So here we stand in full solidarity with Tommy, because, like him, we are sick and tired from being silenced.
“And I tell you, today we have a message for all the government of the world, and our message is: ‘We will not be silenced! We will not be intimidated! And we tell the government, we are not afraid of you!
“We will never surrender! We will stand strong and do our duty, we will defend our civilisation, and we will protect our people.
“And I tell you, to the governments, you can throw us in jail, but you will never defeat us.
“Because, my friends, for every Tommy whom you imprison, thousands will rise up.
“So take notice Theresa May, take notice Dutch prime minister Rutte, take notice, Mrs Merkel and President Macron.
“Take notice: The future is ours, and not yours. We will defeat you politically — because we, my friends, we are the people.
“And every day, more people are joining our cause. The cause of freedom. Every day our members grow, and our demands are right and just.
“This is what we want. First, and most important: Free Tommy Robinson!
“But we also want you to give our countries back to us. Stop selling us out. Stop the mass immigration. Protect your own people. Stop gagging us. Restore the freedom of speech.
“My friends: long live Great Britain,” he concluded.
Tommy Robinson, co-founder of the English Defense League (EDL), was arrested outside the Leeds Crown Court located at 1 Oxford Row in Leeds, UK on Friday.
He was standing quietly outside the public courthouse engaging in video broadcasting via cellphone through the Internet site Facebook about a child grooming sexual predator trial. Despite not uttering a word, he was accosted by three British police officers, shown below, and told he was being arrested on “suspicion of breaching the peace” and Incitement.”
Here are the police officers who perpetrated this repression (Click on any image to enlarge)
Robinson live-streamed ‘reports’ from outside Leeds Crown Court for about an hour Friday morning. He showed men entering the court via Facebook video until he was approached by officers telling him to stop.
In a separate video, the far-right activist is filmed being led away by police, arresting him for an alleged breach of the peace and incitement. He’s heard asking one of his supporters: ‘Can you get me a solicitor?
‘This is ridiculous, I haven’t said a word. I’ve done nothing.’ He’s then filmed by another bystander asking the police officers if he’s being arrested on ‘contempt of court’.
Before he’s bundled into the police van, he says: ‘Someone laid their hand and assaulted me outside court. ‘Other people have sworn at me and threatened me about my mother and here I am being arrested for saying nothing.’
Robinson is already under a suspended sentence over contempt of court at a gang rape trial in Canterbury last year.
People or newspapers can be in ‘contempt of court’ when they create a ‘substantial risk’ of prejudicing on ongoing court case. It is a criminal offence that can land people in jail.
In under ONE HOUR, Robinson had been arrested, tried and sentenced . . . 13 Months in jail.
So determined were the British to CONCEAL what they did, The UK government attempted to silence any conversationabout his situation by issuing a ban against the press covering the case. Here is a copy:
Here is the Judge who issued the Order:
Solicitors from the UK have told me that his judge is what Americans call a “Liberal Snowflake.” They also told me he has terrible breath, severe body odor, and the wig he wears on the bench seems to be so filthy, it gives off “a malignant odor of fungus or mildew.”
They report that appearing in court before this man is “an exercise in dealing with the most foul stench” and “A painful excursion into political correctness, before a totalitarian despot Drone, who is so full of himself, it makes one sick.”
That type of repression and Press Censorship was two of the reasons then-Colonists in America gunned-down British troops, pulled British Governors out of their homes and Lynched them from trees, beat British Magistrate-Judges to death / burned down their houses, and ultimately overthrew King George III by force, back around the year 1776. British law therefore cannot be applied to news media in the U.S.A. like The Hal Turner Radio Show and this media outlet will not comply.
Clearly, the British government has forgotten the lessons they were so brutally taught in 1776. Some in the UK say they are starting to feel as though the British government needs to be reminded.
It is truly a shame that once-great Britain has fallen under the hideous mental illness of political correctness. That nation is literally committing suicide by importing thousands of third-world savages who rape, rob, pillage, burn and kill . . . while useful idiots in the police assist this British suicide by arresting anyone who complains about the death of the country.
With mindless Drones like the police officers shown above, (who do as they’re told rather than thinking for themselves) it seems to me England is truly on its deathbed.
This was a despicable display of politically-correct totalitarianism; where a citizen is arrested for merely taking video on a public street, (where there is no expectation of privacy) because some British government imbecile wants to conceal the crime wave sweeping Britain.
One wonders how such utterly stupid people ever get government jobs in the first place?
UPDATE 8:30 AM EDT (Sunday 27 May) —
It turns out that it was not police who CHOSE to have Tommy Robinson arrested, it was apparently the Judge shown above who may have ORDERED it.
Additional photos have come into The Hal Turner Radio Show and the images seem to show Judge Geoffrey Marson looking out a courthouse window in the company of one of the police officers (female) who ultimately effected the arrest:
Here is the officer the Judge appears to be standing with:
Tommy Robinson was admonished last year by Judge Heather Norton for filming outside a gang rape case in Canterbury, who slapped him with a three month suspended sentence on the condition that he cease his coverage of the trials.
you should be under no illusions that if you commit any further offence of any kind, and that would include, I would have thought a further contempt of court by similar actions, then that sentence of three months would be activated -Judge Heather Norton
“This is not about free speech, not about the freedom of the press, nor about legitimate journalism, and not about political correctness,” the judge told Robinson at the time.
Well, lowly public servants like Judges do not get to decide for everyone else what something is about. People are free to have their own views about freedom of speech and freedom of the press. Judges may have a point of view, but their view is no more valuable than anyone else’s. It is quite arrogant of such public servants to decide for everyone else what an issue is about.
Here in the United States, when any person is charged with a crime, that is “news” upon which the Press (like me) report.
The calling of a criminal trial and the conduct of that trial is also “news” whether courts think so or not.
You see, here in America, We The People decide what is “news.” Courts have nothing to say about it.
We in the media have a very good sense about the type of information people want and we provide that in order to remain popular and relevant . . . and to remain in business.
Grown men charged with raping young children is, in every regard, “news.”
When some such men are alleged to have bent these young children over a table, then NAILED THEIR TONGUE TO THE TABLE TO PREVENT THEM FROM STANDING UP, FIGHTING BACK, OR ESCAPING, while dozens of other men anally and/or vaginally rape those children over an entire weekend, that is “news.”
It matters not what lowly public servants like judges think about the topic, what matters is that free people and a free press decide what is “news.” That is unless, of course, certain Judges get-off on this type of violent sexual degeneracy and are somehow trying to minimize public disgust at their own fetish? I wonder if Judge Marson has such proclivities?
Nonetheless, the British Courts may be able to silence British Press, but they cannot silence American Press because here in America, we are free. Our freedom is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, which prohibits our Congress from “. . . abridging the freedom of speech or of the press . . . .”
Bear in mind too, that the Internet is an American invention. It was developed by the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The web site you are presently reading this from is registered via an American registrar, owned by an American Company. The servers through which this article is provided exist in America and are owned by an AMERICAN company. No one is ever forced to read what is here unless they deliberately instruct their web browser to come get our content FROM AMERICA.
It is these realities that make American media coverage protected by the American Constitution regardless of where our content may be read because that content resides in AMERICA.
So for the folks in British Courts who think they’re powerful enough to silence the free press, behold now, what _real_ power actually is . . .

(EDITOR’S NOTE:The fact that this information was already published by a British Newspaper, but Tommy Robinson was arrested for covering the trials, is very telling. The Sun has high paid lawyers that can battle back when courts overstep their bounds. But poor Tommy Robinson doesn’t have such vast corporate resources, so malignant and abusive judges think they can get away with harming him. that makes such Judges nothing more than odious Bullies!)
