Participants of the G7 meeting reportedly had a hard time restraining themselves when the US President shared his insights on migration and terrorism with the French President, threatened to send the Japanese Prime Minister 25 million Mexicans and slammed the European Commission President during talks in Canada.
A senior EU official summed up his behind-the-scenes experience at the meeting of the leaders of the world’s most powerful developed economies in Canada on June 8-9 by telling the Wall Street Journal:
“A sense of irritation with Mr. Trump could be felt, but everyone tried to be rational and calm.”
According to the report, the US President got into debates about trade issues and immigration, and went as far as to reproach Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
“Shinzo, you don’t have this problem, but I can send you 25 million Mexicans and you’ll be out of office very soon,” Trump allegedly said Abe.
Attendees were also taken back by what he reportedly told France’s President Emmanuel Macron amid discussions about counter-terrorism and Iran.
“You must know about this Emmanuel because all the terrorists are in Paris,” Trump told Macron, according to the WSJ.
The US President also reportedly took aim at European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, who criticized Trump for his tariff policy. He called the top European official a “brutal killer” for the way the European Union treats the US tech giants. However, according to the Telegraph, Juncker said that he believes it was meant as a compliment.
The White House and the US president himself, however, have yet to comment on the media report.
In light of recent moves by Washington, which had drawn harsh criticism fro other G7 states for imposing higher metal tariffs and pulling out from the Iran deal, a cloud hung over the meeting in Canada.
Following the summit, the American president attacked the closest US allies, Canada and the European countries, accusing them of attempting “to take advantage” of the US and criticizing their unwillingness to fulfill their financial obligations within NATO. In his turn, the host of the meeting, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau got into a Twitter and media feud with Trump for his stance on the trade issues, while German Chancellor Angela Merkel described the summit as complicated and disappointing.US President Donald Trump not only managed to make headlines at the G7 summit with his words and actions, as a photo of US President Donald Trump locking eyes with the leaders of France, Germany and Britain summed up the spirit of the G7 summit and quickly went viral.
in Minneapolis, Minnesota has undertaken something the national MSM no longer seem to do — bold, investigative journalism.
For five months, Fox9 investigated rampant welfare fraud by the Somali “refugee” and immigrant community in Minnesota, which cost the state’s taxpayers a whopping $100 million a year. Even worse, the $millions defrauded were then transferred to Muslim terrorists in Somali and other countries in the Middle East.
Through the Refugee Act of 1980, sponsored by the late Sen. Ted Kennedy (D) and former Sen. Joe Biden (D), the federal government has been aggressively “resettling” refugees from the east African country of Somalia into the United States, especially Minnesota. As of 2017, the state has an estimated 57,000 Somalis, the largest population of Somalis outside of East Africa.
Jeff Baillon reports on May 13, 2018 that Fox9 investigators used (1) public records; and (2) nearly a dozen government sources with direct knowledge of what is happening. These sources have a deep fear, and there is evidence to support their concerns, that some of the defrauded welfare money is ending up in the hands of terrorists.
The story began on the morning of March 15, 2018 when Fox9 chased a tip about a man who was leaving the country from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) with a carry-on bag packed with $1 million in cash. Fox9 discovered that mysterious suitcases filled with cash have become a common, almost weekly carry-on at the airport. The money is usually headed to the Middle East, Dubai and points beyond. Last year alone, more than $100 million in cash left MSP in carry-on luggage. Travelers can do that, as long as they fill out the proper government forms.
Glen Kerns, a former Seattle police detective who’d spent 15 years on the FBI’s joint terrorism task force, said: “What we were interested in is where it [the suitcases of money] was going. It’s an outright crime, it’s unbelievable.”
Kerns tracked millions of dollars in cash leaving on flights from Seattle. The money came from Hawalas — businesses used by some immigrant communities in the United States to courier money to their relatives in countries with no official banking system. Kerns discovered some of the money was being funneled to a Hawala in the region of Somalia that is controlled by the al Shabaab terrorist group:
“I talked to a couple of sources who had lived in that region and I said, ‘If money is going to this Hawala do you think it is going to al Shabaab?’ And he said, ‘Oh definitely, that area is controlled by al Shabaab, and they control the Hawala there.’”
Kerns’ source said that when the money arrives, whether it was intended for legitimate purposes or not, al Shabaab or other groups demand a cut.
As Kerns dug deeper, he found that some of the individuals who were sending out tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of remittance payments were on government assistance: “We had sources that told us, ‘It’s welfare fraud, it’s all about the daycare.’”
Five years ago, Fox9 was the first to report that daycare fraud was on the rise in Minnesota and that some businesses were gaming the system to steal millions in government subsidies meant to help low-income families with their childcare expenses. As Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman sarcastically put it, “It’s a great way to make some money.”
This is how the daycare-fraud scheme works:
First, the daycare centers sign up low income families that qualify for child care assistance funding.
As shown by surveillance videos from a case prosecuted by Hennepin County, parents receiving childcare assistance funding check their kids into a daycare center, only to leave with them a few minutes later. Sometimes, no children would show up.
Either way, the center bills the state for a full day of childcare. Video from the Hennepin case shows a man handing out envelopes of kickback payments to parents who are in on the fraud.
Some of the defrauded money goes overseas.
An example is Fozia Ali, the owner of a daycare center in south Minneapolis and a member of the city of Hopkins Park Board. As she was taking her oath of office to “support the constitution of the United States, so help me God,” Ali was under investigation for wire fraud and theft of public money. Her daycare center was raided by state and federal agents, suspected of billing the government for more than a million dollars’ worth of bogus childcare services.
Craig Lisher from the FBI said: “We found records that she was collecting a significant amount of money for a much larger number of children than were actually attending the center. We are aware that some of the funds went overseas, what she was cashing out, money from the business.”
Investigators analyzed Ali’s cell phone to track her activities, and found that she had taken a two-month trip from Minnesota to Dubai and then Kenya, staying at times in $800 a night hotel rooms. She used an app on her phone to bill the state of Minnesota for childcare services while she was out of the country.
Ali pled guilty to the daycare fraud and in March began serving time in a federal prison.
Acting Commissioner for the Department of Human Services Chuck Johnson said his agency has 10 daycares currently under active investigation for fraud. Search warrants obtained by the Fox 9 Investigators show each one of the suspect centers has received several million dollars in childcare assistance funds; most are owned by Somali immigrants. Fox 9 has learned dozens more daycare centers are considered suspicious.
Sources in the Somali community told Fox 9 it is an open secret that starting a daycare center is a license to make money. The fraud is so widespread they said, that people buy shares of daycare businesses to get a cut of the huge public subsidies that are pouring in. Government insiders believe this scam is costing the state at least a hundred million dollars a year, half of all child care subsidies.
In 2014, Minnesota began aggressively going after daycare fraud. The government discovered that within hours after the money showed up in a daycare center’s bank account, funds were wired to the United Arab Emirates. Those wire transfers stopped after a few centers were busted, which led to a change in the fraudsters’ tactics to using those mysterious suitcases filled with cash at Minneapolis-St. Paul International. Investigators documented the carry-on cash increasing from $14 million in 2015, to $84 million in 2016, to $100 million in 2017 — at least some of which is going towards terrorism.
The welfare-dollars-to-terrorists crime is spreading. Sources tell Fox 9 fraudsters in other states are now using the Minnesota playbook to rip off millions of taxpayer-paid welfare dollars.
In Moscow, 69 leaders and members of the extremist organization Tablighi Jamaat have been detained, as reported by the FSB’s Public Relations Center.
The cell was headed by immigrants from Central Asia, but the group included Russian citizens. The FSB added that members of Tablighi Jamaat conspired against and opposed law enforcement agencies.
The FSB seized forbidden [extremist] literature, communications and electronic media with reports of their work. The investigators have opened a criminal case.
This is not the first operation against the extremists of Tablighi Jamaat. In August, three members of the organization were detained in Bashkortostan, and at the end of last year, seven members of the group were arrested in Moscow. In October, cells of extremists were eradicated in the Crimea.
Tablighi Jamaat was founded in 1926 in India, by Muhammad Ilyas Kandhlawi. In 2009, the Supreme Court found it to be an extremist organization that “threatens the stability of Russian society and the territorial integrity of the country.”
The fundamentalist organization advocates a return to the model of behavior adopted in early Islam, and was repeatedly accused of links with terrorist groups. According to open sources, most of the supporters of Tablighi Jamaat live in South Asian countries, where there is a partial Muslim population.
An exclusive footage of the recent Russian airstrikes on positions of Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham (ex-Al Nusra Front) and East Turkestan terrorists in the provinces Idlib, Hama, and Aleppo, has been released.
The Russian Air Force has carried out series of raids against the terrorists due to their increased violence against civilians living in the western Syrian province of Lattakia.
The Maute group confronting the Philippine army in Marawi City is no longer considered a local terrorist organization as it has been reinforced by jihadists of Malaysian, Indonesian and “other nationalities,” the country’s authorities have announced.
“Before it was just a local terrorist group. But now they have subscribed to the ideology of ISIS. They want to make Mindanao as part of the caliphate,” Solicitor General Jose Calida told a news conference, according to Reuters.
He added that Indonesians and Malaysians are among the Islamist radicals who are fighting the army. Meanwhile, an army spokesman said six foreigners were killed in Mindanao on Thursday, including militants of Malaysian, Indonesian and “other nationalities.”
“What’s happening in Mindanao is no longer a rebellion of Filipino citizens” but “has transmogrified into an invasion by foreign terrorists who heeded the clarion call of the ISIS to go to the Philippines if they find difficulty in going to Iraq or Syria,” Calida added, as cited by InterAksyon news.
The terrorist group is aiming to create an Islamic State “province” in Mindanao and will target anyone to achieve their objective, Calida warned.
“People they consider as infidels, whether Christians or Muslims, are also targets of opportunity,” he said. “What it worrisome is that ISIS has radicalized a number of Filipino Muslim youth.”
On Thursday, Philippines’ Western Mindanao Command (WESMINCOM) announced that, since Tuesday, at least 31 fighters of the IS-linked Maute group were killed in Marawi City.
“As of this report, 31 terrorists were already neutralized and 6 high-powered firearms were recovered by the troops,” said Brig. Gen. Rolly Bautista, head of Joint Task Force ZamPeLan.
At least 13 government troops and police officers lost their lives since Tuesday.
“Our troops are doing deliberate operations in areas we believe are still occupied or infested with the terrorists’ presence. I specifically ordered our soldiers to locate and destroy these terrorists as soon as possible,” Bautista added.
On Tuesday night, President Rodrigo Duterte placed the entire island of Mindanao under martial law for 60 days after battles between government troops and the Maute in Marawi escalated. On Wednesday, Duterte warned that he will not hesitate to declare martial law throughout the entire country if terrorism spills beyond Mindanao.
The Philippines leader also promised to resign if extremists prove him incapable of maintaining peace in his country.
“As president, if I cannot confront them, I will resign,” Duterte said Wednesday. “If I am incompetent and incapable of keeping order in this country, let me step down and give the job to somebody else.”
A video with consequences of appliance of a 1.5-ton bomb by the Russian Aerospace Forces has been released in the Internet. The KAB-1500 bomb is considered to be the most powerful Russian bomb.
The bomb was dropped by the Su-34 aircraft in the province of Idlib. An underground bunker of terrorists, which had played a role of an important communication centre, was destroyed with the help of KAB-1500.
The video shows flight of a bomber against radio talks in the Arab language. Then a smoke can be seen over epicentre of the explosion and an impressive shell crater.
As Pravda.Ru reported before, the KAB-1500 smart aircraft bomb is famous for its high accuracy. It is equipped with a laser target seeker.
Such bombs are applied against highly fortified targets – mountainous positions, underground bunkers, command posts, concrete shelters, stores with weapons.
High-explosive capsule of the combat part is capable of penetrating 20 metres of ground or strike 3-m wide concrete walls. The KAB-1500 bombs have been applied in Afghanistan and Chechnya to destroy especially important and secured targets. Such bombs are not dropped on cities.
Only a person as vile as Hillary Clinton would call for more bombing of Syria as part of a plan to replace a popular, secular and progressive government with that of the Saudi cockroach type. And, yet, that is exactly what Trump has now embarked upon. That we are getting ever-closer to WWIII does not bother that goofball in Washington. That Trump bypassed Congress in his declaration of war on Syria should startle no one.
He has proven over and over again that he is unwilling to play by rules the Founding Fathers of this country laid down in something as humble as the American Constitution. He violated international law by striking at a sovereign country’s military base. He sought no permission from the United Nations. His action will now further underline the sheer hypocrisy under which the western nations operate and rekindle the anti-American wrath of the Arab peoples from Iraq, to Morocco.
But, let’s explain what happened yesterday at the Shu’ayraat Airbase about 30 miles southeast of Homs City.
The United States did not want to lose any pilots to Syrian anti-aircraft missiles. So, the brass at the Pentagon, who haven’t won a war since the invasion of the tiny Caribbean island of Grenada under imbecile Reagan, decided to use 59 Tomahawk missiles fired from the Persian Gulf. Now, to believe the nonsense coming out of Washington, you’ve got to believe that the missiles were fired after giving the Russians notice of the plan ahead of time. You also have to believe that the missiles were fired at areas where no personnel were located. You must also swallow the outright lie that the base contained Sarin gas canisters, but, (and this is an hilarious “but”) the missiles were programmed not to strike at any facility at the base which contained the canisters so as to avoid poisonous gases reaching civilian population centers! It’s pure comedy.
Nincompoop Trump just doesn’t get it. Like St. Paul, he recently had an epiphany on his dream road to Damascus. He suddenly changed his mind about Dr. Assad. Oh, really? You see, the unclever plan to store Turkish-manufactured Sarin and Chlorine gas east of Khaan Shaykhoon, in a warehouse for weapons and ammunition, which was a sitting target for Syrian aircraft was meant to kill as many Syrian civilians as possible. That Trump would employ violence to rectify a manufactured injustice so soon after the event, without benefit of investigation, only proves that the United States was behind the entire operation. Trump sacrificed 70 innocent Syrians to set up his ridiculous plan to further involve the U.S. in another foreign war – and this after he had made numerous promises to the American people that he would not do so. He is a liar. He is also a war criminal.
His failure to replace Obamacare has turned him into a rabid monster capable of any atrocity or obscenity. He feels a need to divert attention from his failures by doing what all diabolical tyrants do: invent a war to deflect attention. His plan to erect a wall between the U.S. and Mexico and paid for by the Mexican government has been ridiculed and vilified by peoples on both sides of the border and it appears that the Mexicans are looking for new trading partners. Trump, whose voting base in the Midwest has started to twitch nervously at the thought of losing billions in sales to Mexico, must now be distracted by a new war set up by codpiece Trump and his newly-embraced CIA criminals and neo-conservative Zionist moles – all proudly promoted by the derelict New York Times and Washington Post.
But, some good will come of this attack on Shu’ayraat: First, it appears Russia is incensed by this unjustified assault on the sovereignty of Syria, a member state of the United Nations. Putin can be expected to terminate all memoranda and understandings with the U.S. on “cooperation and coordination” in Syria. The whole idea was futile to begin with. The U.S. has always supported the terrorists. How could Putin actually believe he could trust the U.S at any level? Now, the cat’s out of the bag. You see folks, just like that attack by ISIS on Al-Tharda Mountain after a preposterous aerial assault on Syrian army troops by so-called “coalition” forces, the attack on our airbase was followed by an ISIS assault to retake the profitable Al-Shaa’er Mountain area gas fields. What a coincidence!! And, to make matters more interesting, this attack, unlike the Tharda Mountain assault, was absolutely intentional creating a situation in which the Syrian government would be within its rights to declare war on the United States.
Secondly, we anticipate some serious anti-American violence as a result of this attack. We are predicting huge demonstrations in Lebanon and Iraq in which the entire presence of America will be questioned. President Michel Aoun of Lebanon has not condemned the attack, yet, but will be under immense pressure to do so by his political allies in Hizbollah. In Iraq, Prime Minister Al-‘Abbaadi, will be under even greater pressure to cut ties to the U.S. after this unjustified attack on Syria. He will be pushed toward stronger relations with Moscow which is waiting with undisguised appetitiveness at the prospect of docking its warships in the Persian Gulf and having a direct access route into the Indian Ocean.
Thirdly, Iran now has to put up or shut up. In many areas of the Gulf, Iran could start to roil the waters. Bahrain and the Eastern coast of Saudi Arabia are prime targets. And better yet, how about an enhanced approach to helping the Yemenis to crush the Saudi effort to defeat the legitimate Ansaar-Ullaah movement fighting famine and a barbaric American-supported genocide in its country. The cat’s out of the bag. In every event where Arabs are being starved to death and murdered pitilessly, you find Washington D.C. at the lead, be it in Yemen, Libya, Syria or Saddam’s Iraq. The U.S. has killed over 2 million Arabs, mostly Muslim, and yet, we find the claw prints of the U.S., Britain and their allies in every crevice where Arab progress is found.
Fourthly, in Syria itself, there will be a recalculation by many in the opposition as to the benefits of American support. You will see it in the streets of Syria’s major cities where Washington will be vilified and Trump’s effigy crucified over and over again. Only the Wahhabist terrorists, supported by the venal English and the malodorous French, the pre-Cambrian Saudis and the ignorant Turks, the pedophile Qataris and their harem of catamites, will cheer on that Miles Gloriosus in Washington – they’ll cheer because Trump has made his decision to support terrorism, and in doing so will give terrorism in Syria that much-needed second wind to continue the rape of a once-successful country devoid of any debt and on its way out of the Third World. Trump has made his bed and will need to sleep in it. But, in his bed will be some undesired visitors like Zionist rats, ravenous arms manufacturers and bearded Wahhabist sodomites. All his promises during his campaign will be like the seventy two beautiful houris awaiting the Jihadist martyr, a fleeting glimpse into a vacuum, an abyss, a dark-eyed emptiness – all outright lies.
Fifth on our list, is Russia’s even greater commitment to Syria. It was bad enough when the combined dishonesty of Britain, France and the U.S. led to that momentous Security Council resolution to authorize force against Qaddafi’s Libya on the pretext that the Libyan leader was going to commit atrocities against his own people, which then led to the barbaric ouster of a leader whom the Russians viewed as a friend and business partner. That lie perpetrated by a cabal of savages in the West convinced Vladimir Putin that these Euro-Americans are only addicted to war and conquest and could never be trusted. In any case, Mr. Putin dedicated the war in Syria to a Russian rebuff of the Western plan to dominate the earth; he gave just enough help to our army in the war against Saudi-inspired/Turk-supported terrorism so as to turn the tables on the murderous villains opposed to secularism and progress. Now, with this insult in full bloom, Russia is expected to triple its commitment to the Syrian armed forces. If the terrorist grubs think that the attack on Shu’ayraat AB will be a boon to them, watch the extermination begin in Idlib.
Trump has proven again that he is the Master of Disaster. If the Americans really believed that the Shu’ayraat Airbase was a depot for storing gas canisters they would have to know where the gas was stored. And if they used 59 Tomahawk Missiles on that base, each with a 1000 pound payload of explosives, then, how could they be certain they would not ignite the Sarin gas stored in the base? One would assume they would attack a base disconnected to dangerous and lethal gases. One would assume that rational people would know better. Unless! Unless! Unless they wanted to explode the Sarin gas in order to pay back the Syrian military for using it in Khaan Shaykhoon. And now, that no gas was detected, only proves that the gas, whether chlorine or Sarin, was not at the base and Trump will have to eat crow. These missiles are considered “smart”, but they are, in truth, very dumb. They don’t distinguish between aircraft, hangars and canisters of deadly nerve gas and they don’t exempt human victims. The Syrian government announced the deaths of 7 human beings thanks to Trump the Murderer.
I voted for Trump because the alternative was so malignant I couldn’t bear it. I knew it was a Hobson’s Choice. It was Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum. But, as I ponder my decision, I realize that in a Panglossian World, Trump was the best of all possible degenerates. Ziad

When a bank is found guilty of doing business in countries where they’re not supposed to be, and when the same bank is found guilty of helping drug cartels launder money, shouldn’t the public have a right to know about the bank’s efforts at correcting such actions? That’s the question being raised with respect to HSBC’s 1.92 billion dollar settlement with the U.S. and oral arguments are taking place in federal court this week on whether or not the compliance report should stay sealed.
The bank lost in court in 2012 when it was discovered they had business dealings in, “Cuba, Iran, Libya, Sudan and Burma, racking up violations of the Bank Secrecy Act, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and the Trading With the Enemy Act,” according to CNS. The bank’s executives, who knew full well what the bank was doing, were given deferred prosecution agreements, so long as the bank, going forward, would reform its business practices and comply with the law.
“HSBC admitted to violating U.S. sanctions laws and failing to stop Mexican and Colombian cartels from laundering hundreds of millions of dollars in drug proceeds through the bank,” but now is fighting to keep the contents of the compliance report a secret. And the bank is getting help from what should be considered the most unlikely of sources, the Department of Justice. Yes. That’s right. The same justice department which prosecuted HSBC and won, is now seeking to keep the progress, or lack thereof, in complying with the law, a secret.
One lone ranger, a mortgage holder with HSBC, is fighting to make the compliance report public. Hubert Dean Moore believes HSBC’s progress with complying with the law should be a matter of public record and is arguing his case this week in Manhattan, NY. The DOJ’s lawyer, Jenny Ellickson, argued for the government on Wednesday saying Gleeson shouldn’t’ be involved in the proceedings. She argued that releasing the report would make it harder for the federal government to enforce the deferred prosecution agreement adding that doing so would mean that HSBC would be less likely to cooperate going forward. “The importance of the monitor’s confidential sources is critical here,” she said according to the New York Post.
Circuit Judge Gerard Lynch, one of the judges on the panel, expressed skepticism of that argument, saying that sources were most likely to suffer retaliation from HSBC, which received the monitor’s reports anyway. Paul Clement, representing HSBC, said it would not be fair to the bank to have the report released, when the original agreement called for reports to be confidential. David Schulz, who represents Moore pro bono, said it was prosecutors, not Gleeson, who had overreached. When Lynch pressed him to explain what gave Gleeson the power to order the report’s release, Schulz cited his ‘inherent supervisory powers’ over the case.
For the moment the report will remain confidential, as judges continue to hear arguments both for and against releasing the compliance report’s findings. The federal government’s own lawyers are helping to keep it that way, and the bank is more than happy to keep their movements in complying or not complying with the settlement, a continued secret.
Discovering HSBC engaged in illegal business dealings is almost as shocking as the slap on the wrist settlement it was given. According to one estimate, the 1.92 billion dollar figure amounts to five days worth of business earnings by the bank. Even more surprising may be the fact that not one person has spent any time in jail or prison over dealing directly with drug cartels and rogue governments leading many to question what would happen to an individual caught doing the same things. Are banks who are “too big to fail” also too big to prosecute?
Moore’s attorney, David Schulz said, “The appellants in this case try to argue that this is judicial overreach into a realm that’s exclusively left to prosecutors, and the fact is, just the opposite is true…What is going on here is not judicial overreach. It’s prosecutorial, executive branch overreach.”
Schulz wrote in his legal brief to the court, “Disclosing the report serves the important interest of informing the public about any substantive reforms actually being made by HSBC, and is needed for meaningful analysis of the propriety of the government’s decision to enter into the DPA (Deferred Prosecution Agreement),” with HSBC.
In a nutshell, HSBC was found guilty of some pretty nasty business dealings. The good old boy Wall Street network and its cozy relationship with the federal government likely resulted in a drop in the bucket type of settlement with the government, and deferred prosecution (some might say immunity) was given to its executives. And now, precisely how HSBC has shaped up its dealings is being kept from the American people, by our own Justice Department. And we call this ‘justice’ in the land of the free.
